Kyaking

Kayaking is one of the many adventures you can take when visiting the Rocky Mountains. It is a great way to see the history of the mountains, from the old gold mines located in the mountains, to the Native American ruins located on the sides of the river. However if you are more of the extreme type when it comes to Kayaking, the rapids are the way to go. Located through out the network of rivers that run through the mountains, there are never ending rapids along those rivers, some ranging from the most simple to the most extreme.
